NMR Review
The National Monuments Record, the public archive of English Heritage, is currently undergoing a review of its functions and services.

As part of the review process, a full public consultation is being carried out and we welcome your response. Please feel free to share this invitation to comment with any other bodies or individuals within and beyond England.

If you are a user of our enquiry and research services, or our specialist advisory services (see Sections 3&4 of the consultation paper), we would also encourage you to also complete more specific user questionnaires. Please email to request copies.

The consultation period will last twelve weeks, closing on 4 February 2004. There are various ways you can reply to us; find out more on the NMR Review website

English Heritage will publish a report on the review and intends to treat all responses as public, unless respondents clearly state that they wish their comments to be treated confidentially. Such replies may still be included in summaries of responses, except where they would identify respondents who have requested their comments remain confidential.
